Yes! All our resources are carefully curated and regularly updated to align with the latest curriculum requirements from the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD). We ensure our materials meet the standards for both CBC and 8-4-4 systems.
Account & Registration
Do I need an account to purchase resources?

Yes, you need to create a free account to purchase and download resources. This allows you to track your purchases, access your download history, and receive updates about new materials.
How do I create an account?

Click on "Register" in the top menu, fill in your details (name, email, phone, password), and submit the form. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.
I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and we'll send you instructions to reset your password.
Payments & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept M-Pesa payments through our Till Number 323253, as well as card payments via Paystack. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
How much do resources cost?

Prices vary depending on the type and complexity of the resource. Most individual resources range from KES 100 to KES 500. Bundles and comprehensive packages offer better value. Check each resource page for specific pricing.
Can I get a refund?

Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally don't offer refunds once a resource has been downloaded. However, if you experience technical issues or receive incorrect materials, please contact our support team within 48 hours and we'll resolve the issue.
Downloads & Access
How do I download purchased resources?

After successful payment, you can download resources immediately from your dashboard. Go to "My Downloads" to access all your purchased materials. You can also re-download resources anytime from your account.
In what format are the resources?

Most resources are provided in PDF format for easy viewing and printing. Some materials may also be available in Word or Excel formats. The format is indicated on each resource page.
Can I download a resource multiple times?

Yes! Once you've purchased a resource, you can download it as many times as you need from your dashboard. Your purchase history is permanently saved in your account.
What if my download fails?

If your download is interrupted or fails, simply try again from your dashboard. If the problem persists, contact our support team with your order details and we'll assist you immediately.
Technical Support
I can't log into my account. What should I do?

First, try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" link. If that doesn't work, ensure you're using the correct email address. If you still can't log in, contact our support team at education@elimu.co.ke or call +254 700 663 000.
My payment was deducted but I didn't receive the resource. What should I do?

Sometimes there's a slight delay in payment confirmation. Wait a few minutes and check your dashboard. If the resource still doesn't appear after 30 minutes, contact our support team with your M-Pesa transaction code or payment reference number, and we'll resolve it immediately.
