3. Account Registration

To purchase and download resources, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Purchases and Payments

• All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES)
• Payments are processed through secure gateways (M-Pesa, Paystack)
• Once a purchase is completed, you receive immediate access to download the resource
• All sales are final unless the resource is defective or incorrectly described

5. Intellectual Property

All educational resources provided on our platform are protected by copyright. When you purchase a resource, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for personal educational purposes only.

6. Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• The resource is significantly different from its description
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• You were charged twice for the same resource

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Distribute purchased resources to unauthorized parties
• Use automated systems to access or download content
• Attempt to circumvent payment systems
• Upload malicious content or engage in harmful activities

8. Content Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date educational resources, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free or complete. Users should verify information with official curriculum documents.

9. Limitation of Liability

Elimu Library shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or inability to access purchased resources.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
